COVID-19 Vaccination Policy

Attendees of the Annual Meeting are required to show proof of COVID-19 vaccination, a booster shot and proof of a negative covid test (PCR, antigen test) within 24 hours to pick up an attendee badge. Home tests are accepted.

Alternate Pathway for Non-Vaccinated: If one is not vaccinated due to health or religious reasons, results of a daily (taken within 24 hours prior to the start of each meeting day) negative test must be submitted each day of participation.

Masks are strongly recommended. Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination Process To simplify and speed up badge pickup, please have your proof of vaccination, negative covid test, and government-issued photo ID ready when you arrive at the registration desk. Once you have provided your proof of vaccination and picked up your badge, you will not need to verify your vaccination status again. Not Feeling Well? SBAS strongly encourages all attendees to complete a self-check health screening prior to departing and follow all guidelines set forth by the CDC for travel.

If you begin to feel ill or manifest symptoms once you are onsite, please isolate and contact us at registration@facs.org to let us know that you are unable to attend the meeting due to illness.
